Upgrade Information for Existing Customers
The documents below outline the new features and compatibility issues when upgrading from prior versions of the software to AT&T Connect v8.2.

Q: When is version 8.2 available?
A: Software and documentation is available as of March 16, 2008.
Q: When can existing customers upgrade to AT&T Connect v8.2?
A: All customers can download the client components now. AT&T Connect maintains backward compatibility with Interwise Connect versions 7.2 and 6.0 but in order to benefit from the new features and enhancements, all components (including Participant Application and server software) will need to be on the latest version.
AT&T Connect Customer Care will begin to upgrade hosted customers as early as the end of April, 2008. Additional communication will follow.
Q: If I would like private training or consulting, can that be arranged?
A: Please contact your AT&T Connect Customer Care representative who can work with you to schedule that through our Service Delivery department.
