AT&T Connect ICS Server Software (v8.5.16) -- (February, 2009)
The ICS is the real-time server component for
AT&T Connect. The ICS transfers the voice,
data and video among the conference participants
and between other ICS's, if exist.
General installation steps:
1. If you are a hosted customer and are installing a local ICS, you will need to receive a server key from AT&T Connect Customer Care. Please contact your representative (the IP and name of the server will need to be supplied to Customer Care to complete the registration of this server).
2. For this server to support secure events, an SSL encryption key will need to provided by AT&T Connect Customer Care and applied to the server. Please contact your Customer Care representative for more details.
How to check what is the current version of your local ICS?
Under the following registry value: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Interwise \Instructor\Server\InstallVersion\Version
Check to make sure the current version of your ICS is the latest sofware available.
