General installation steps (fresh install):
Installations of an AT&T Connect system are performed by (or with support by) an AT&T Technical Engineer. To learn more or request this service, email our Service Delivery Dept. To ensure proper support and guidance is provided proactively and that we are able to support your upgrade officially after the work is complete, please make sure to contact us before your scheduled upgrade process.
The steps below outline the main steps during the software install process only:
A. Make sure all system pre-requisites are met before beginning the install
B. Assure you have the ACC software license key
from AT&T Connect Customer Care
C. Run the ASM software install
D. Create ASM databases
E. Configure ACC and servers on ISM interface
F. Run the ACC software install for version
7.0
G. Create ACC databases
H. Run Acceptance Test Procedure(ATP) at the end of the installation and configuration
I. Run additional software patches/point-releases from menu bar on right side of this page.
Click on the Download icon above and save the contents of the ZIP folder to the server machine. This folder will contain all components of the fresh installation.
