AT&T Connect V.8.5 Addin for Outlook 2007
AT&T Connect Outlook Addin (v8.5.11) -- (September 30th, 2008)
Supports scheduling on Communication Centers (ICC/ACC) from Version 7.2.59 and above
The addin for Microsoft Outlook is used to create online, scheduled events on the AT&T Connect service, similar to scheduling a standard appointment from your calendar. With a single click of a button, an online event can be set up, attendees invited, comments inserted. This is an intuitive way to schedule online AT&T Connect meetings from your Outlook interface. Additionally, with one click of a button in a calendar appointment, you can enter a scheduled online event without the need to enter login credentials.
Note: To schedule online events on the service, you must be a registered and active user (host).
If you have a previous installation of the Outlook Addin, note: You must un-install (from Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs) any prior installations of an Interwise/AT&T Connect addin before installing the new one for Outlook 2007. Also note, the Customize Event Setting button that existed in the previous version of the Outlook Addin is not supported in this edition (and will be available in April, 2009).
The Add-in requires the following additional operating/application infrastructure
components on the target computer:
1. .Net Framework 2.0.50727
2. VSTO 2005 SE Runtime (Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Outlook) with
Language pack
3. PIA (Primary Interop Assemblies)
The Add-in installation kit includes a Pre-installation Setup wizard that can install
these components, if absent from your PC. Click here to download the wizard and components from the web (84MB). Extract the Zip file to your desktop and run the Pre-installation.exe.
