General installation steps (fresh install):
Installations of an Interwise Connect system are normally performed by an Interwise Technical Engineer. To learn more or request this service, email our Professional Services Dept.
A. Make sure all system pre-requisites are met before beginning the install
B. Assure you have the ICC license key from Interwise Support
C. Run the ISM software install
D. Create ISM databases
E. Configure ICC and servers on ISM interface
F. Run the ICC software install for version 7.0
G. Create ICC databases
H. Run Acceptance Test (ATP) at the end of the installation and configuration
Click on the Download icon and save the contents of the ZIP folder to the server machine. This folder will contain all components of the fresh installation.
