Interwise Telephony Server (ITS) - Version 7.2.40 Released January, 2007
General installation steps:
1. If you are a hosted customer and are installing a local ICS, you will need to receive a server key from Interwise. Please contact your Customer Support representative (the IP and name of the server will need to be supplied to Interwise to complete the registration of this server).
2. For this server to support secure events, an SSL key will need to provided by Interwise and applied to the server. Please contact your Customer Support representative for more details.
How to check what is the current version of your local ICS?
Under the following registry value: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Interwise
\Instructor\Server\InstallVersion\Version
Check to make sure the current version of your ICS is the latest sofware available.
